It is commonly known that in near future Japanese companies will face more and more foreign talents joining their teams in Japan. Thus, people with various cultural backgrounds will work together with Japanese members. Therefore, it is highly likely that this will create some “politics” and conflicts within the organizations. 代表：石野 シャハラン
イラン・テヘラン出身、2002年10月来日、東海大学日本語学科を経て、東海大学アジア文明学科入学・卒業、2015年に日本国籍取得。
国内通信機器メーカー及び国内工業用品メーカー、ドイツ資本機械メーカーの国内外の営業パーソンとして約11年勤務。
私自身が外国人として日本企業で働くなかで、お互いのほんの些細な言動・価値観・ルール理解の違い、ボタンの掛け違いによって、相互不信、モチベーションの低下、生産性の低下に繋がる事例を数えきれないほど見て参りました。
異文化の相互理解、効果的なコミュニケーションスキルは、組織の大小・業界の違いによらず、外国人人財を雇用し共に働く全てのお客様に必要です。

CEO Shahran Ishino
Born in Tehran, Iran came to Japan in October 2002, entered the Tokai University Japanese course, graduated Tokai University with a study of Asian Civilization. Received Japanese citizenship in 2015. Worked about 11 years as a salesperson for domestic telecommunications equipment company, for domestic mechanical parts supplier company, for German machine manufacturer. As I have worked in Japanese companies as a foreigner, I have faced many examples that lead to mutual distrust, lowered motivation, and reduced productivity, due to culture gap in small words/values/rules/miss understandings among each other, Mutual understanding, cross-cultural understanding, and effective communication skills are necessary for all companies and organizations who hire foreign talent and work together, regardless of organization size or industry.
